As a freelance miniature figurine sculptor of 24 years experience, I work for many different manufacturers from large organisations to one man operations.
All the master parts I make are carved directly into pewter. I do not use plasticines or resins. This means that I can easily send the finished pieces to my customers by post, ready for use in making vulcanised rubber moulds.
I sculpt figurinesin sizes from 5mm tall up to 250mm. Small sizes are a speciality. Subjects include military figures, historical costume,animals, motor vehicles, locomotives and aeroplanes.I have alsomade patterns for jewellery manufacturers, including brooches, pendants, earrings, cufflinks and tie clips.
